Mrs. Dustie Katina Martin age 42 of Barbourville, Kentucky departed this life on Saturday, May 5, 2018 at her home. She was the wife of Donald Martin and the daughter of Russell and Sandra Edwards. She was born in Bloomington, Indiana on August 21, 1975. She had worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant and as a young girl in Indiana she attended ABC Apostolic Bible Church. She attended the Browns Branch Holiness Church in Kentucky. She loved fishing and being on the water.
She leaves behind to mourn her passing, her loving husband Donald Martin of Barbourville, her parents, Russell and Sandra Edwards of Indiana, two step-children, Justin Lee Martin and Stephanie Davis and husband Kevin, two brothers, Russell L. Edwards, Jr. and Chip Allen Edwards and a grandson, Hayden Lee Martin all of Indiana, her nieces and nephews, Caleb Allen Edwards and Emma Grace Edwards, her mother-in-law and father-in-law, Paul & Shirley Martin of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky and special friends, Jimmy & Audrey Baker. She also leaves behind a host of many other relatives and dear friends to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be 4-8pm Thursday, May 10, 2018 and 9:30-10:30am Friday at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. in Bloomington.
Funeral services will be 10:30am Friday at The Funeral Chapel with Pastor Duane Coffman officiating. Burial will follow at Knightridge Cemetery.
