Joe Inspired Me

Mr. Duncan, as I was most comfortable calling him found me through an ad I placed that read simply "Personal Trainer." He and I worked out together along with his granddaughters and wife and occasionally an employee. I also had the pleasure of working with his son Michael later on as well. Personal Trainers get to know their clients pretty well. I loved to hear about his business and how Joe was a "self-made" man. What he might not know, is he inspired me to be a better person, to focus on my potential in my own profession and to help everyone I meet dream big and go after those dreams. He lifted people up, and believed in them. He was also a generous man, and gave a plane ride over the WNC Mountains to partner for her Birthday. She remembers that with great fondness. I feel very fortunate to have known him and to will continue to be inspired by him. Thank you Dear Joe, may you rest in peace. My deepest sympathy to his family! Kam Parker, Asheville, NC
