Terri Lynn  Denson (Dunbar)
Terri Lynn Denson, 53, of Bloomington passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at IU Health Hospice House surrounded by her family.
Born, March 11, 1964 in Bloomington, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Florine (King) Dunbar.
Terri was a 1982 graduate of Bloomington High School North, and she earned an Associate Degree in Medical Records from Ivy Tech in 1984.
She was a Technical Liaison for the Information Services Department at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Terri attended St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, and she was a member of the American Legion Post #18 Women’s Auxiliary.
She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother enjoyed boating and traveling.
Survivors include her husband, Gary Lee Denson, one daughter, Haley Lynn Denson and her companion Mike McCoy, one granddaughter, Amarayah McCoy, two brothers, Richard “Dick” Dunbar and his wife Karra, and James “Jim” Dunbar and his wife Barbara all of Bloomington, three sisters, Nancy Shiflett and her husband Bob of Ellettsville, Carol Stancombe and her husband Bob, and Cathy Sparks and her husband Tim all of Bloomington.
Terri was preceded in death by two brothers, Wesley and Steve Dunbar.
Visitation will be 4-8pm Thursday, July 20, 2017 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. in Bloomington.
Funeral services will be 10:30am Friday at The Funeral Chapel with Father Joseph Minuth officiating. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
A Celebration of Life will be 12:30pm Friday following the burial at The American Legion Post #18, 1800 W. Third St. Bloomington, IN 47404.
Memorial contributions may be made to The American Legion Post #18 Women’s Auxiliary.
