Kathie S. Adair passed away on Monday April 17, 2017. In the words of a “post” from a close friend, “The world lost a wonderful amazing and talented woman today.” That just begins to scratch the surface of who Kathie was. It’s hard to express in words how much she was and is loved by all whose lives she touched.
As a custom stained glass artist, she took the wonders of nature and brought them to life in her glass. There truly wasn’t anything she couldn’t do.
Kathie is survived by her spouse, the love of her life, Mary Ellen McCann; her sister and brother-in-law Karen and Larry Grummell, of Gulf Breeze, FL; nephew, Mark Grummell, Denver, CO; her brother Bill Adair and his spouse Rick Rheaume; her cousin Pat Moore, Pensacola, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents Bill and Georgia Adair.
A Celebration of this Special Person will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday April 22, 2017 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington.
In lieu of flowers donations in Kathie’s memory may be given to Middle Way House Bloomington.
