Michael Eugene Hendrickson 65 born August 24th, 1951 in Maysville, KY passed away on January 30th, 2017 in Bloomington Indiana.
Michael in his earlier years attended IU and served in the United States Army educating and working with NATO in Belgium. He later went on to work for Kissimmee Aviation Services, where he directed flights in and out of the country. He took pride in his work there.
He was a loving Dad to Matthew Hendrickson, Nathaniel Hendrickson, Jennifer Duncan (Brandon Duncan) and December Hendrickson and a loving Grandad to Adam Crouch, Kristin Mullis, Miah Duncan and Axl Smedley.
He was preceded in death by his son Matthew Hendrickson and his parents Rolla Sr. and Christine Hendrickson. He is survived by his brother, Rolla Hendrickson Jr., his sister, Linda Grobauskas, his nieces, Aimee and Kristi Hendrickson and his nephews, Christopher and David Grobauskas and several great nieces and nephews. Michael will be sadly missed.
A Graveside Service will be 2:00pm Saturday, February 18, 2017 at K.P. Hall Cemetery in Kings Mountain, Kentucky. The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington, IN 47401 is handling arrangements.
