Anna Mae  Marrs (Fielder)
Anna Mae (Fielder) Marrs, age 85 of Bloomington, went to be with her Creator and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 at 9:25 am. She was born to Henry Lloyd and Anna Katherine Fielder on August 2, 1931. She grew up on Boltinghouse Rd. in New Unionville and was a 1949 graduate of University High School. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Eugene and Marvin, her sister Evelyn Moore, first husband H. Allen White, son Carl Ray White and second husband Robert Easterday.
She is survived by her husband Evert Leon Marrs, and her children David (Deborah) White of Middleburg FL, Bill (LePriel) White of Williston ND, Paul (Kathy) White Sr. of Bloomington, Catherine (Dan) Walls of Wheatridge CO, and Everett (Jeri) White of Terre Haute, her sisters Emogene (Robert Sr.) Arthur of Bloomington, Eleanor Clem of Cold Springs, KY, Brother-in-law Jim Moore of Kokomo, step children Paul (Chris) Marrs, Kathy (Scott) Chandler, David (Donna) Marrs and Betty (Don) Adams all of Bloomington. Anna Mae had several grandchildren, nieces and nephews that truly loved her.
Visitation will be Thursday, September 29, at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church 3900 S. Snoddy Rd. from 4 to 8 p.m. The funeral service will be at the church Friday, September 30, 2016 at 2 p.m. Burial will be west of Ellettsville at Chambersville Cemetery Highway 46 and County Line Rd. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church Missionary fund.
The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard 3000 E. Third St. in Bloomington is handling arrangements.
