Theodora Jane "Teddie" Linthicum (Vaughn)
Theodora Jane “Teddie” Linthicum, 66, of Bloomington passed away Monday, August 15, 2016 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born, February 16, 1950 in Springdale, Arkansas, she was the daughter of Jack and Catherine M. (Ropp) Vaughn.
Teddie retired as an Inspector in the Packing Room at Cook Incorporated for 25 years, and she was a member of Westside Assembly of God for 25 years.
Teddie was a loving wife, daughter, and sister who enjoyed going to auctions and spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband, Grover L. Linthicum of Bloomington, her mother Catherine M. Vaughn of Smithville, two brothers, Thomas J. Vaughn (Susan) of Bloomington, and Jack E. Vaughn of Smithville, her sister-in-law, Connie Vaughn of Smithville and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Vaughn and one brother, David Vaughn.
Visitation will be 12-2pm Thursday, August 18, 2016 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. in Bloomington.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday at The Funeral Chapel with Pastor Vernon Bettis officiating. Burial will follow at Smithville Cemetery.
